Initial Phone Conversation

Prior to your first appointment, one of our Buyer’s Representatives will schedule a 15-minute phone consultation. During this call, our Buyer’s Representative will briefly discuss what you are looking for, your current situation, and any other questions or concerns you may have.. If you are obtaining financing, we will also discuss your options so you can be prepared and feel confident in your lenders prior to getting together in person. First Meeting

Purchasing a new home is an important life event and a very personal process. Our first meeting is designed to be as comprehensive and educational as possible and answer all of your questions, and to determine if we are the right fit to work together. Plan on meeting from one to two hours.

During this meeting, the following will be discussed:

  • What is most important to you
  • Neighborhoods/areas of interest
  • The home buying process
  • Strategies for successful negotiation
  • Current market conditions
  • How to mitigate any inevitable bumps that may pop up
  • How Premiere Properties Group works, and how a real estate professional is compensated

Expectations of each other will be discussed. Fiduciary responsibilities, and how all of Premiere Properties Group clients formalize their relationship with an agreement between assigning a Premiere Properties Group Buyer’s Agent as your designated Buyer’s Representative. At the end of the meeting, both parties will decide if they are a good fit to work together.

Local Knowledge and Experience

Working together, our Buyer’s Agent will get you acquainted with every neighborhood that has homes in your price range. We will help you eliminate the areas you are not as fond of and focus on those you do like. We’ll even be particular down to certain streets you may like.

Once you’ve identified several neighborhoods (or geographic areas), we will help you understand the local market conditions, the active inventory, and recent sales. Premiere Properties Group team members are very knowledgeable of homes on the market and can provide you invaluable insight to help formulate a better idea of value. Once we identify a home that is a match for you, we’ll jump through whatever hoops necessary to get you in to see it as soon as possible. If you are unable to make it, we can shoot a video of the home or even face time with you.  Our goal is to take as many extras steps as needed to get you the home of your dreams.

Expert Negotiation

In today’s market, hiring a talented negotiator could save you thousands, perhaps tens of thousands of dollars. Each step of the way – from the original offer, to the possible renegotiation of that offer after a home inspection, to the potential cancellation of the deal based on a troubled appraisal – you need someone who can keep the deal together until it closes.

If you are competing in a multiple offer situation, we will help you put your best foot forward to ensure you are in a position to buy the home at the very best possible price. Our Buyer’s Agent will help you do the right things to separate your offer from everyone else’s. Winning in multiple offers situations is much more of an art than a science (it’s not solely your price and terms). If the home appears to be attracting significant activity, we will ensure your offer is presented as soon as possible and in the most professional way as possible.
