Cool Spring

One of the most popular areas in Middle Tennessee, Cool Springs is one of the communities you should consider to live in. Aside from great amenities, this integral part of Franklin is home to a thriving commercial center where local businessmen and major companies have gathered. Mid-rises dominate the skyline of this edge city, but its atmosphere is far from corporate. Cool Springs remains of the most laidback and cool cities in Metro Nashville.

Located in Williamson County, Cool Springs isn’t actually a standalone city. In fact, most of the complex is part of Franklin, while a smaller part is within Brentwood’s boundaries. Despite this, most Tennesseans consider Cool Springs as a separate community. Luxury hotels, strip malls, office buildings, and a variety of retail and dining options are found within the edge city.
